## What AlgoMeds does

- Resolves the correct current manufacturer program form for a medication, including indication-dependent variant forms.
- Fills the form from the patient chart, prescriber profile, insurance on file and prior submitted applications, with provenance recorded for every filled value.
- Scopes form sections by role (prescriber, staff, patient, legal representative) and routes each application to whoever holds the next action.
- Collects patient signatures either through a full patient portal invite or through a single-use, short-lived, identity-verified signature link sent by text message that requires no account.
- Validates and malware-scans supporting documents, and verifies page counts on signed packets.
- Assembles a delivery packet, delivers it to the manufacturer, and tracks delivery status back into the application.
- Matches manufacturer-returned documents to the correct application and attaches acceptance or denial proof.
- Opens renewals ahead of enrollment expiry, reusing prior verified data, and requires a fresh explicit decision for every optional manufacturer enrollment rather than carrying one forward.
