• A security questionnaire or diligence pack. We keep a customer security FAQ, a data-flow and boundary document and an evidence checklist ready, released under NDA.What we do and do not claim.
• Whether we cover a specific medication. The catalog is broader than the published directory, so a drug missing from the program guides is not the same as a drug we cannot file.
• A correction to a program guide. If something on a guide no longer matches the manufacturer's official program page, tell us and we will check it. How we review these guides.
• Something the product does not do yet. Some requirements may be addressed through custom integrations, workflows or reporting. We confirm feasibility and scope before making a commitment.

If you are a patient

Please start with the practice that prescribed your medication. AlgoMeds is the software your prescriber's office uses to file a manufacturer patient assistance application, and applications are submitted by the practice on your behalf. We cannot determine whether you qualify for any program, cannot check the status of an application for you, and cannot give medical advice. Eligibility is set and assessed by the manufacturer program, and your practice is the one who can tell you where your application stands.
