Free for solo prescribers. Free for patients. Not a trial.
One prescriber filing their own manufacturer patient assistance applications uses AlgoMeds free, with no time limit and no application cap. Patients never pay at all. Practices with two or more providers are priced per provider, per month.
| Account type | Price | Who it is for | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Patients | Free | Patients and verified legal representatives | Complete your section, sign, and follow application status. Patients never pay AlgoMeds anything. |
| Solo prescribers | Free | A single prescriber filing their own applications | Full application workflow: correct current manufacturer forms, autofill, text-message patient signatures, document handling, submission tracking and renewals. |
| Practices, 2+ providers | Per provider, per month | Multi-provider practices, groups and health systems | Everything above, plus role-based team management, access controls and audit trail, throughput reporting, patient panel import, and a BAA. |
Where the line between free and paid is
At the second provider. One prescriber filing their own applications is free. Two or more providers sharing a practice account is paid, and billed per provider, per month. Staff who are not providers, coordinators, medical assistants, billing and front desk, do not count toward that number and are not charged for.
Free patient assistance software without a trial clock
The solo tier is currently free and is not presented as a time-limited trial or expiring promotion. A prescriber filing alone gets the same application workflow a paying practice gets: the correct current manufacturer form, autofill from records, text-message patient signatures, submission tracking and renewals. There is no application cap to work around and no card required. Pricing can change; current published and contractual terms control, and this page does not promise a perpetual price.
What you are not charged for
- Not per application. Metering applications would penalize the practices doing the most for their patients.
- Not per patient. Your panel size is not our pricing lever.
- Not per manufacturer program. Catalog coverage is the product, not an upsell.
- Not for the BAA. Compliance paperwork is not a premium tier.
- Not for non-provider staff. Coordinators do most of this work; charging per seat would be charging you for the person doing the filing.
If you think you are too small for this
You are not. A prescriber working alone pays nothing. A two-physician dermatology practice pays for two providers, which is the point of a per-provider unit: a small practice pays a small amount. There is no minimum provider count to clear, no platform fee underneath the per-provider rate, and no enterprise floor. If you are wondering whether this was built for someone your size, it was.
How we make money
Practice subscriptions. Solo prescribers and patients use AlgoMeds free; practices with two or more providers pay per provider, per month. Patients never pay AlgoMeds, and nothing a patient receives from a manufacturer program is contingent on a payment to us.
Pricing questions
How much does AlgoMeds cost?
AlgoMeds is free for solo prescribers and free for patients, with no time limit. Practices with two or more providers are priced per provider, per month; contact us for a quote.
Where is the line between free and paid?
At the second provider. One prescriber filing their own applications is currently free. Two or more providers sharing a practice account is paid, priced per provider. Staff who are not providers, such as coordinators and medical assistants, do not count toward that number.
Is the free tier a trial?
The solo-prescriber tier is currently free, with no published time limit or application cap. Current pricing and contractual terms control; this page does not promise that pricing can never change.
Why do you not publish the per-provider rate?
Because what a practice needs varies enough that a single published number would be wrong for most of them. What does not vary is the structure: billing is per provider, per month, with no platform fee, no minimum provider count and no per-application charge. Ask us for a number and you will get one without a discovery process.
Do you charge per application?
No. Pricing is not metered per application, because a per-application charge would penalize exactly the practices doing the most for their patients.
Do patients ever pay anything?
No. Patients never pay AlgoMeds. Manufacturer patient assistance programs provide medication at no cost to eligible patients, and we do not sit between a patient and that.
What is included at every tier?
The full application workflow: correct current manufacturer forms, autofill from your records, text-message patient signatures, supporting document handling, submission and delivery tracking, and renewals.
Can you build something we need that the product does not do yet?
Some practice requirements may be addressed through custom integrations, workflows or reporting, including deeper EHR connectivity. We confirm feasibility, scope and current product fit before making a commitment.
Is there an implementation fee or a minimum term?
There is nothing to install and onboarding is guided rather than a professional-services engagement. Ask us for current terms in writing before you sign anything, including ours.
