Core is $99/month for one prescriber plus one office account. Professional is $199/month for the first prescriber, with unlimited office accounts and additional prescribers at $79/month each. Enterprise pricing for groups and health systems is quoted; contact sales. All plans include a 30-day free trial. Patients never pay AlgoMeds.
What is the difference between Core and Professional?
Core includes one prescriber plus one office account. Professional includes unlimited office accounts and adds team roles and access controls, an audit trail, throughput reporting, patient panel import, and priority support with guided onboarding.
Who counts as a billable prescriber?
Anyone who prescribes and files applications under their own name. Core includes one prescriber plus one office account. Professional includes the first prescriber and unlimited office accounts; additional prescribers are billed at the monthly rate shown above.
Do you charge per application?
No. Pricing is not metered per application, because a per-application charge would penalize exactly the practices doing the most for their patients.
Do patients ever pay anything?
No. Patients never pay AlgoMeds. Manufacturer patient assistance programs provide medication at no cost to eligible patients, and we do not sit between a patient and that.
When should we talk to sales about Enterprise?
When you need a custom EHR integration, workflows or reporting the product does not do yet, a formal security review, or volume pricing across many prescribers. We confirm feasibility and scope before making a commitment.
Is there an implementation fee or a minimum term?
Implementation fees and minimum terms are confirmed in your written quote and subscription terms before you agree. Request those terms with your setup inquiry.
