Patient assistance software for prescribers
Prescribers certify the clinical portion of a manufacturer patient assistance application: diagnosis, treatment plan and their own credentials. AlgoMeds presents only the prescriber section, pre-filled from the practice record, as a real signing target on the actual program form, so the prescriber can review the relevant information and reduce avoidable correction cycles.
What the job looks like today
See whether these common workflow challenges match what your team handles today.
- Reviewing a form may require cross-checking information that was entered elsewhere.
- You get pulled back into applications days later for a correction that could have been caught before signing.
- The same certification gets re-signed for every drug and every renewal.
- You have no visibility into whether the patient in front of you actually got the medication you prescribed.
What changes
The changes below are organized around the priorities of this role.
A prescriber working alone can currently use the solo-prescriber tier free. Practice pricing is per provider, per month, and non-provider staff are not charged for.
You see only your section
Sections are scoped by role. The prescriber section shows the clinical content you are certifying, with the provenance of each filled value visible, so signing becomes a focused verification step.
Sign from any device
Signature areas render as real signing targets on the actual manufacturer form. Programs that accept either of two alternative prescriber signatures are supported, and programs that still require wet ink produce a print-ready packet that is checked back in against what was generated.
Sign once, not repeatedly
Your profile and credentials populate every form. A renewal carries forward what was verified last time rather than asking for it again.
See what happened after you signed
Applications are tracked through delivery to decision, with acceptance or denial proof attached to the record.
Coverage by specialty

Frequently asked questions
How much of a prescriber’s time does this actually take?
The prescriber step is a review and a signature on the section you are certifying. The surrounding workflow coordinates form selection, data entry, the patient hand-off, documentation and submission.
Does AlgoMeds make any clinical or eligibility determination?
No. AlgoMeds does not determine eligibility, predict approval, or influence a manufacturer’s decision. It fills the manufacturer’s form correctly from your practice’s data and tracks it.
Can I do this on a phone between patients?
Yes. The platform is mobile-capable throughout: staff can review on a tablet, prescribers can sign on a phone, and patients complete their portion on their own device.
