Practice inquiry

Use this form for a demo, quote, coverage question, security review, or guide correction. We reply by email; submitting this form does not book a meeting.

Do not include patient information

Do not send patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, medication histories, insurance identifiers, or other protected health information through this marketing-site form. Drug and manufacturer names are fine. Existing customers should use their approved support channel.

Name, work email and inquiry type are required. For practice requests, please also include your organization and role. For a guide correction, include its URL and what needs changing.

Read our Privacy Notice for how we handle your details.

What people call us about

  • Enterprise pricing. Core is $99/month for one prescriber plus one office account. Professional is $199/month for the first prescriber, with unlimited office accounts and additional prescribers at $79/month each. Enterprise pricing for groups and health systems is quoted; contact sales. All plans include a 30-day free trial. Patients never pay AlgoMeds. See the full pricing structure.
  • A security questionnaire or diligence pack. We keep a customer security FAQ, a data-flow and boundary document and an evidence checklist ready, released under NDA.What we do and do not claim.
  • Whether we cover a specific medication. The catalog is broader than the published directory, so a drug missing from the program guides is not the same as a drug we cannot file.
  • A correction to a program guide. If something on a guide no longer matches the manufacturer's official program page, tell us and we will check it. How we review these guides.
  • Something the product does not do yet. Some requirements may be addressed through custom integrations, workflows or reporting. We confirm feasibility and scope before making a commitment.

If you are a patient

Please start with the practice that prescribed your medication. AlgoMeds is the software your prescriber's office uses to file a manufacturer patient assistance application, and applications are submitted by the practice on your behalf. We cannot determine whether you qualify for any program, cannot check the status of an application for you, and cannot give medical advice. Eligibility is set and assessed by the manufacturer program, and your practice is the one who can tell you where your application stands.
