AbbVie no longer accepts new Humira patients into myAbbVie Assist. Patients already enrolled are supported only through their current eligibility term and cannot renew afterward. This change applies to Humira; Rinvoq has separate program requirements. Confirm both on AbbVie’s official pages before starting paperwork.

Humira and Rinvoq share one application design
The two forms are separate documents, so filing for a patient on Humira does not file for a patient on Rinvoq. What carries over is familiarity, not the paperwork.
Because the sections and signature points line up, staff who have learned one form are not learning a new one for the second, which matters when the second application is often for a patient switching between the two.
A switch from Humira to Rinvoq is a fresh enrollment. Most of the underlying patient data has not changed; only the drug-specific parts genuinely need re-collecting.
